Hot Pot Soup Base 700g

A collaboration with the famous ramen chain “Ippudo,” this hot pot soup base recreates the rich flavor of their “Akamaru” tonkotsu broth. Made with pork extract, lard, pork collagen, Kyushu soy sauce, and a touch of chili bean paste, it offers deep umami and mild heat. Ideal with vegetables, tofu, and meats. 700g serves 3–4 people.
